Study the style, cut, fabric, labels, stitching, color and quality of lining and belt loops dimensions and underside of buttons, especially the button closures. Study authentic Chanel article & color code numbers and letters, spacing and size. Chanel uniquely spaces for authenticity purposes. Article numbers and color codes will never be evenly spaced or at the same level. Above the interior article number label there should be a visible space between the "F" & "A" in the word F abrique. Underneath the brand label, there will be a unique QR code square pattern and serial number that will match the top left of the hanging tag pattern and serial number, QR code will highlight when you hold your camera phone to the lower right hanging tag QR code, but will not take you to a website.

@biancagia98 that was interesting how that works. I was able to search for who you follow and I believe I’ve communicated with that seller. She’s very nice if you were referring to the black jeans, there isn’t an interior label shown but the hanging tags are authentic.

I wasn’t able to do it because I’m not at my computer but if you take your phone and you hover over the QR code, it should bring up a yellow link and that’s another indication of authenticity in the upper left corner of the hanging tag is a unique identifier code and if you go underneath the brand label, there will be a small tag underneath that will have that exact identifier that will match the tag.

That’s another form of authenticity. if you check under the button, it will be smooth underneath the closure button I sold that exact jean so if you want to take a look on my profile and compare the interior article number tag the way the numbers and letters are written that will give you confidence as well, but if you’re talking about the black ones, they look authentic to me without seeing the interior article number.

@biancagia98 there are so many online it’s crazy. I’ve been copying all of them and sending them to Chanel. It seems like all these platforms don’t do anything and as soon as one comes down, another one goes up with different usernames or they don’t show photos of the actual item so they can get away with keeping them listed. It’s frustrating.

@biancagia98 I don’t think you have anything to worry about those look authentic. When you receive them take a look under the label and that code will match the top left of the tag and you can take a look at the interior article number and compare it to the one that I have listed. I’m confident it will look the same. They’re great jeans. I also have them in black skinny.

Go to one of my listings that shows examples of counterfeits, and I posted a photo showing you how to check the QR code and the other code where you’re going to check under the label. You can also check the interior article number, and compare it to the same black pair that I sold in a smaller size. Please note in general do not check QR codes.
