New! Only tried on. Too small for my daughter. We purchased these thinking they were a size 8.5 but they are actually a size 6. They are super cute. So adorable!! They do have tiny little white specs as shown in the picture on one of the tops of the boot but actually to me that makes them even cuter. So I did not try to remove them. Offers welcome 🤗
