Reworked Sunday Best Navy Dress

I reworked this dress to shorten the sleeves and create a v neck since the original design was a bit restrictive. It’s one of my favourite dresses but I’ve gained weight since I reworked it so it doesn’t fit me. It has an elasticated waist, button down front closure, broderie pattern fabric, a lining under the skirt, and it’s made from breathable fabric. The length from waist downwards is 16”.
