Silver and Black Starry Full-Skirted Prom Dress

This is an adorable black dress with a full, tulle skirt decorated with silver, starry sequins and beading. I bought used and wore it once for a vintage themed photoshoot. It would make a fantastic witchy whimsigoth prom dress or a great Mardi Gras masquerade outfit! It's the perfect blend of whimsical and classy. Excellent condition--as far as I can see, all the beading is still in-tact, and there are no visible stains. I ship next day from a smoke-free, cat friendly home. Offers welcome!
