This is an adorable black dress with a full, tulle skirt decorated with silver, starry sequins and beading. I bought used and wore it once for a vintage themed photoshoot. It would make a fantastic witchy whimsigoth prom dress or a great Mardi Gras masquerade outfit! It's the perfect blend of whimsical and classy.
