a short sleeve blouse with fluttery sleeves. Neck line and above chest area is a sheer and the rest is a solid stretchy black. This is in perfect condition. Worn a handful of times for work. No longer fits me. There is a button clasp in the back of the neck as well that creates a small key hole. Very cute top and goes great with a pencil skirt or any other type of skirt.
