Length approx 17.5 Width 7 in I measured the bottom footed area Strap is adjustable and removeable All hardware is in working order: zippers, magnets and strap clips The front of the bag has a zippered compartment w place for pens , etc and another next to the handle that zippers and closes by magnets for storage. Middle of bag holds laptop and expands. It has a Velcro strap to secure laptop w cushioned divider. Back of bag has 2 large storage areas with one having an extra zippered compartment. There is a slight flaw on one strap clasp and a barely noticeable blemish on the front that I zoomed in on in a pic. I did not try to remove it.
