1980s Diana Love Brocade Evening Bag Beautiful Diane Love brocade evening bag from the famed Upper East Side shop of Manhattan designer. Ms Love also designed jewelry for Trifari amongst other things. Diane Love brocade evening bags were popularized in NYC by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the 1970's and 80's and became the must have bag. There are many photos of Mrs. Onassis in evening attire carrying her Diane Love bags. Style of Purse: This bag is a vibrant colors of blues, orange, burgundy, black, white, green and gold metallic brocade. The chain is is excellent condition as is the bag. Can be used as a clutch by letting the chain stay inside the bag. It is a flat envelop style. Inside there is one slip compartment and is lined in black fabric.
