Hi! Is this top meant to fit a 34” bust? Guessing it’s a very tight fit for a small? If so, is the fabric very stretchy or not at all? Also, what are the wash and dry instructions? Thanks!

@barbarar68 Hello, the fabric is very stretchy. Not sure about the exact bust size, but this is top is designed to fit tight; tighter than how an average small would fit.
