new with tags. amazing piece. fabric is a heavy ribbed fabric. dress has a mock neck but an open back which makes it conservative, but still a little sexy. the arm is more of a dark teal rather than navy. I'm 5'7 and it hits just below the knee and the arms are long enough if you have long arms (I do). size is a small, but there's some stretch in the hips. I'm a size 6 on the bottom and a size 2 on the top. this fits me perfectly, but I'm too self conscious about how it fits on my hips.

@sartorialheaven pit to pit laying flat is 14 inches. I'm a 34b and it fits me. but keep in mind that the back is open so that gives more space. and the fabric has stretch.
