Here for your consideration is a vintage Martha Manning womens cotton velvet blazer jacket. It is marked cotton, made in Japan and size 18. Here are the measurements with the jacket flat and taken from one side. Shoulders 18" arm pit to pit 21" length 26" . This is in good condition. There are no holes or stains. There are a few light rub marks but they are not very noticeable. Overall this is in good wearable vintage condition.
