SOLD Express white peplum Blouse

From casual to business wear! This beautiful Blouse is multifunctional! I'm the only owner of this top, and it has been sitting in my closet for years! It's one of those tops I kept when I told myself I'd wear it when I lose weight, but I don't ever plan on being a Small anymore (personally) I love this piece, but it deserves to be worn! I have left some measurements in the pictures above. There is also a very tiny knick on the back of it (last photo)
