One pair has cushion inserts that came that way. Both are pointed toe but one is more round/almond in shape. Please expect some tiny scuffs or creases a little bit everywhere on both pair of shoes as obviously they are pre-loved, but structurally sound, and no major damages or holes like that. The 9.5 is the one with the less narrow and pointed top and has the cushion insert and the heel at 2.25. The other one that is a little bit more pointy and narrow is the size 10 and the one with the 3 inch. They fit about the same. I assume because the way the toe is made. That’s why I sized down in the one. Only worn a handful of times. When you go to purchase, it will make you select a size, but please note it doesn’t matter which one you select, you will get both pair. I just had to do that to advertise to the people who filter by 9.5 and 10.
