An Anna Sui 20th anniversary collection dress. Vintage inspired, shift dress, dropped waistline, with Victorian era accents of velvet and lace. This dress is not form fitting and does not flair but the fit is a shift dress going straight up and down. Sleeveless. Very good condition.
