Vintage rhinestone silver velvet steel clutch shoulder bag

Unique vintage bag! Base is steel and has some weight. It is covered in a silver pewter velvet. Hinge closure has rhinestone detail (4 are missing). Chain is also steel (have not tried to polish). 7.5” x 3.5” x 2.25”
