Charlotte Tarantola Red Tiered Ruffled Dress (w/ Tag)

Red tiered, ruffled dress by Charlotte Tarantola. Tags still attached! It has a little pinpoint hole in the front left strap/bit of fabric but is not noticeable when wearing.
