Forever 21 Cap Sleeve Floral Open Back Skater Dress (Size L)

This floral Forever 21 dress (Size Large) is a timeless spring staple! featuring adorable cap sleeves, a cheeky open back, and a fun and floaty skater style skirt, it's always been one of my favorite dresses but I just haven't reached for it in too long and it's just taking up space in my closet!
