Eliza J NWOT blue and yellow handkerchief halter dress

I have a hard time showing my arms. My mother in law bought this from me for my bridal shower. I couldn’t do it. It’s been in my closet for years and I’m finally letting it go. Very classy. Back pleats add a nice touch. Can be worn without yellow sash - I think it’s prettier without but, comes with one.
