OOAK 50-60s Hand Knit Italian Mohair Sweater Vintage Exc. condition Handcrafted

A rare Fantastic vintage find! Great hand knit sweater by Lansing Knitwear. Hand knit in Italy of 75% mohair and 25% acrylic. How often do you see one of these classic 50s sweaters in such excellent condition?!? Two-toned dusty blue and white with a rolled turtleneck collar. Collar is almost 7” tall so gives you options as to how much you want to roll it. Unlined, no shoulder pads. In amazingly excellent used condition with little sign of wear or age. No holes, stains, snags, pulls, pilling etc. Would pair just as well with vintage denim pedal pushers as with a classic 50’s pencil or poodle skirt. Also will turn heads as a contemporary addition to your wardrobe. Great for a retro, gramma/glamma, cottage, coastal, preppy, rustic, or mid-century modern look. Tagged Size 38 but please check measurements carefully; seems like more of a medium in today’s size structure.
