langeryanjoseph Hello, just messaging to help with the correct info. This jacket would be late 50’s very early 60’s even and is not horsehide it is actually steer hide which is implicated by the steer “bull” on the Buco tag. Horsehide versions from late 40’s/early 50’s have the Buco “horse” bucking bronco tag. Source: I’m a leather jacket nut and I own an original Buco horsehide J24 You have a beautiful jacket though made by one of the best companies to ever do it. Cheers !

poshridgway @langeryanjoseph Thank you so much. This jacket has so many stories behind it. It is a cool jacket. I love the D pocket and rectangle silver studs which are rare. I really appreciate you taking the time to reach out to me. The steer and tag should have been obvious detail to me, but I had been told Horse. Stay awesome :)
