CATO black & cream sleeveless top with back tie detail. See measurements

CATO black & cream tunic top with stitch detailing. Measurements at 28” length & Bust @ 44” Non stretch. Tag indicates 16W but it’s just a XL. I think it runs small. Over the head style and has back strings to gently adjust the waist with the back tie. It’s pretty fitted. Worn once.
