In fantastic vintage condition. This beautiful black textured dress features a cinched waste and tulip style skirt, strapless with the original metal zipper in the back. Fully lined with netting between the lining and skirt. Measurements laying flat: waist 15”, pit to pit 15”, length from pit 31”.
