So Much Skirt it's a Dress!! BLACK ONE SIZE SKIRT

This stretchy 100% black cotton skirt is sourced from India and was purchased from an independent shop in Caribou BC. It could fit size small to 2X I would think, it has a LOT of material. So much that it can be worn as a very dramatic skirt (though the owner of the shop where I purchased this pulls it off with a simple sweatshirt!) and it can also be pulled above the breasts to wear as a dress as is has a belt that can be tied around the chest or shoulders. This object was made from and will be packed in new, found or thrifted objects; and was put together by imperfect hands in an imperfect home in the Cariboo BC.
