This is a pink floral print tiered mini dress from Forever 21. This dress has a zipper, clasp, and it ties around the neck. There is a thin slit in the front. This is a size small and it runs small. I am 5ft, 90lbs, 34A bra and I could not get the zipper past my waist. The length reaches my knees. NWT.
