Vintage Wicker Seashell hanging Mobile Wind Chime Chandelier

Here for your consideration is a shabby older wicker seashell mobile wind chime chandelier. The wicker part measures 8" in diameter. The shells hang down about 21". The wicker is shabby and aged but no broken pieces however some of the wicker is sticking up but all intact. There is one spot where the strand of shells could be missing but I do not see a point where they would of hung som maybe just spaced out unevenly. . Overall a great boho piece of decor. .
