Almost Famous red floral dress

Lost Famous red floral pencil dress. Black velvet floral design, higher neck with V. Open back with 2 buttons at neck to secure, zip back, small slit at skirt. Size large, but does for smaller in my opinion, please see approx measurements. Is a spandex mixed fabric, so does have a bit of stretch.
