Veronica Beard midi silk button down dresss

This is a great spring dress, sweet flowers blue and salmon in an off white silk. The cami liner is not attached. Great condition but for the belt loop is off in one side but super easy to sew back into place. I just can’t find a needle. See last pic. Other than that issue it’s fabulous and flirty! It’s a large 2 more like a 4 for sure.
