Vintage CP shades soft velour skirt. Unique hem, skirt has two holes in the sem so should be an easy fix if you know how to sew. The hole in the front is more minor and not really visible unless you really look and the other hole is the back sem. Skirt is marked a Large but runs bigger could fit up to a 14. Elastic high waist.
