Tea Collection Tulle Skirt Size 3

Tea collection skirt with cotton underneath and layers of tulle ruffles on top. Color is purple and photo of skirt on the white background is the most accurate depiction. Skirt has a bit of wear, I'd say is in good to very good condition. Pictures of waistband show the part with the most signs of wear. Fun to twirl in! My daughter used to like to pretend it was a tutu.
