rocknrollcowgrl Hi, I made an offer on this last night. It was based on the offer you made earlier in the month for $43 & reduced shipping.(I was broke at the time). I don't know how to request reduced or free shipping. If you can reduce the shipping again I can offer the $43 that you offered me a few weeks ago. I'd really like to get it in honor of my 34 year old horse whom I just lost.
