@funklectique_ so I have investigated. I added pictures too. It’s weird but I can see how it looks like someone may have cut the end. I never noticed it as I also was not the first owner. If still interested, I am willing to come down on price. Honestly, it has fit me perfectly and doesn’t change the integrity of the cuff overall. Let me know.
