True 90’s vintage white and navy pleated dress

The most adorable little dress! Easily dressed up or down. True 90’s- has been waiting in my family’s closet for 25 years. The top is white with flattering darts at the bust and a high neck with navy piping. The skirt is navy with fun pleating down the front. Hits right around the knee, depending on height. Size 4.
