Flat measurements: 18" PTP but can handle cleavage, 16" max under bust area, 14" waist, friendly to various hip sizes due to A line. Would be fantastic for dancing with the asymmetrical flutter hem. Can also steam before sending - got a little crinkled in packaging sent to me but easily fixed. Price firm unless bundled with multiple items.
