NWT great for yoga, strengthening muscles and back pain.

I was a gymnast when I was younger and did a lot of stenches to help with back pain, and keeping my strength and flexibility up. When we moved I was in the hospital and boxes were mixed up, so I bought a new one but I don’t need two! Everything should be in the bag it came in. Never used.
