EUC - excellent vintage condition novelty vest! - no flaws but missing tagging Possibly an Orvis vest - i google lensed it and a very similar vest and pattern appeared - no tagging for sizing, fiber content, brand. Stitching feels to be cotton tapestry with quintessential 1990s beach scene with the Adirondack chair and beach umbrella by the dunes. A beautifully blue summer sky and an ocean scene in the background. Backing appears to be polyester black. Front panels include one center button. A great vintage relic :) Size seems to be in line with a current large but exact measurements are included in the photos above.
