Men’s size large tall black Goorin brothers top hat extremely rare

Can’t find this hat anywhere online to gather information but it’s in great shape. It’s a tall black wool top hat with a black ribbon and the Goorin bros signature logo charm on the side. It’s not marked inside as to size but it’s a size L.
