It really is gorgeous. I can measure and photo me in it. I am 5’6.5 and I needed to get platforms for it to not drag. It was vintage dead stock I believe when I bought it and never wore it. Just not a skirt wearer but it’s like a piece of art. I will post pics a little later with measurements.
