Lightweight Tunic Style Top

Such a cute top. I have had this top for a long time, but have not worn it much and it is like new condition. It is very cute with skinny jeans. I’m thinking it is black, but when I took it out to my shed, it looked like it had navy in the lighting, but I’m gonna call it black and tan has like a pleating detail down the front. Elastic at the wrist Has a button closure at front neck P to p 20.5 Length 30”
