NWOT. Never worn. This dress is stunning! I bought a few pieces from this boutique that featured local artists in Cape Town, South Africa. Never worn this even though I think it’s amazing. So going to pass it along to someone who will hopefully wear it with pride, SOUTH AFRICAN PRIDE!! This green color is just beautiful!! Pockets on both sides. Adjustable shoulder ties. No stretch. It’s a thicker material that feel’s very high quality. Guessing it’s 100% cotton. But no tags. Beautiful pleated details around rib area. Pit2pit 19”(measures 15” but stretches to 19”) Length 45” Hips 28” The tag says M. But I’m a 36D, size 16/XL & 205 lbs and it fits perfectly. Tons of room in the hips on me. Hope that helps.
