Vintage 70s lightweight White Bear of St Paul Navy Blue belted Jacket

This is a really cute vintage jacket made by White Bear of St Paul. The materials and size tag has been cut off. It does fit small so please check measurements. I believe the material is nylon or a nylon blend. The outer layer is quilted and it feels really smooth. It includes the original belt. There are side pockets and a button front closure. It is lined with a pink material that seems to be the same as the outer shell. Jacket is in good condition with some minor issues due to age and gentle wear. There are some spots where the thread is loose from the quilting. The bottoms of the sleeves have a little wear. It is almost like there are runs in the fabric like what can appear in nylon stockings. See last 2 photos. There is no discoloration. It is just because I took the pics in a dark room. Jacket has not been cleaned. I am not sure if this can be washed or not. Might not hurt to ask a dry cleaner. Measurements while jacket is laying flat -Across chest underarm to underarm 19" -Across waist 18.5" -Across shoulders seam to seam 15" -Length from top of shoulder near neck to hem 31" -Sleeve length from underarm to cuff 15.5"
