bldemoss @coriepodratz I feel like some scratches will rub out while others will not. It does not take away from the bag’s aesthetics. I have not put any leather conditioning on this bag. That may help. I have not visited their website lately to see what they recommend for the care of their bags. I will say that I am gentle with my bags;)
