danburylane@lydialiu255 Hi again ! Small is 18 1/2 inches arm pit to arm pit and 18 inches cross bottom hem. Medium is 19 1/2 inches arm pit to arm pit and 19 inches across bottom hem. Large is 20 1/2 inches arm pit to arm pit and 20 inches across bottom hem. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

danburylane@curlyk79 Hi there ! I can check the fabric content within the hour and let you know. As far as being lightweight, I believe it's fully lined, and I would say it's a bit thicker. I would say more on the medium weight side.
