Is the waist really only 12” across on this dress? Do you know the waist circumference on the mannequin that it is shown on?

@cabrennan86 measured flat it is closer to 13”.
I measure approximately 27” at my natural waist and the dress fit me, in a snug/supportive, flattering and comfortable way (as seen in the video)
