B. Altman & Co Vintage Floral Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @apowell11. Loved it, but it's made for a more petite woman -- I recommend to women no taller than 5'5" -- this is so that the waist will hit you at the right place! Either that or be VERY thin so it doesn't matter : ) Questions? Leave a comment below!
