Lovely spring time Royal Albert “Primrose “ cup/saucer. Vintage from the 1970’s. Beautiful yellow primroses with green leaves on a white china base. Gold rimming On cup, footed cup bottom, cup handle and saucer rim. In excellent condition with no wear to gold. No chips, cracks or damage. Royal Albert Bone China was established in 1904 but it’s roots go back to the Albert works of 1896. It was named after Prince Albert of England who was born in 1895. It was the most revered China in England. 5.5 inch saucer diameter. Footed cup is 3 inches tall with a 3.5” diameter mouth. What a lovely spring time gift! Stamped and marked Royal Albert “Primrose”.
