18K Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring

Not sure, I’m ready to part with this yet, in all my years of collecting, I’ve never seen another one like it. This is an 18 karat white gold, sapphire and diamond ring. It’s art deco, fully tested for 18 karat gold, but has no markings. The sapphire weight is estimated at 20 points and the diamonds estimated at 10 points. The face of the ring measures 1.7 cm x 1 cm and weighs 3.4 g. When I purchased it was a size 7, I sized it up to an 8.75. It has four baguette, sapphire accents. The Mill grain on the ring is fully intact. There’s a gorgeous scallop design around the edge of the ring, and there is Mill grain on the shoulders of the ring. Center diamond is bezel set, all of the rest are prong set. One sapphire has a tiny scratch, very hard to notice with the naked eye.
