Cisono black stretch pants size Large but runs small

Very stretchy and comfy true black pants. Tag says large but look at the measurements because this is definitely smaller than a usual large. Well loved but good condition, ni pilling or fading but some stretching at crotch (see pic) that does not show when worn.
