This is such a sweet little dress. It has a fun off-white pattern of wispy brush stroke style flowers and dots on a black background. The texture is creped. It's cut in an empire waist with a flowy skirt. There is also a cute little breast pocket on the left side. It's hard to photograph from afar, so I added a pic at the end for your reference.
