elizdavid@ginavals I think you’re right. Being vintage, the waist is smaller and does not have elastic. Flat measurement is 14” meaning a 28” waist.

ginavalsThank you I will keep that in mind. The problem is I’m short and round in the waist and I don’t know if it’s going to fit properly. I’m usually a size10 and knowing it’s vintage, it’s probably cut smaller
