It measures 4 1/4" tall and 3 3/4" in diameter
Great condition with a few small surface scratches and one chip on the interior middle as shown

@crystalfoste669 Insulators were used on electric poles from the late 1800s to early 1900s to connect wires and keep them protected from the elements.
