@megan11beth hi sorry i've been really sick. the inseam is 28" and the rise is 8" and i would say they are boyfriend n yes. sit lower. really cute.

Hi there! Can I get the measurements laying flat for the waistline inseam and width of the bottom of the pantleg please? Also, do they contain any stretch? Hoping so. I like a bit of wiggle room 😊
